Account Clerk
- Responsible for clerical duties (data entry, answer calls, respond to emails, processing mail, filling of documents, etc…)
- Issue PO, DO, invoice & arrange delivery
- Process petty cash claim
- Monthly stock take and count
- Track & update the stock deficiencies
- Monitor office supplies and report when stock levels are low
- Provide administrative and clerical support to organisation
- Follow up payment from customers
- Carry out tasks assigned by Accounts Manager and Managing director
- Malaysian nationality
- Female
- Able to proficiently speak English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience
- Possesses a minimum educational qualification of SPM / Diploma
- Preferably lives in Selangor Area
Company driver
- History of clean driving record without any Moving violation convictions
- Able to drive powerful cc cars
- Able to clean vehicles to a satisfactory condition everyday
- Able to use Waze and Google maps
- Office deliveries
- Able to work 6 days a week
- Able and willing to work overtime
- Able to begin work anytime
- Possesses Class B2 and D driving licenses
- Malaysian nationality
- Driving record of at least 3 years
- Able to proficiently speak English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Possesses a minimum educational qualification of SPM / Diploma
- Preferably lives in Selangor, Kuala Lumour or Lembah Klang Area
