Account Clerk

  • Responsible for clerical duties (data entry, answer calls, respond to emails, processing mail, filling of documents, etc…)
  • Issue PO, DO, invoice & arrange delivery
  • Process petty cash claim
  • Monthly stock take and count
  • Track & update the stock deficiencies 
  • Monitor office supplies and report when stock levels are low 
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to organisation
  • Follow up payment from customers
  • Carry out tasks assigned by Accounts Manager and Managing director
  • Malaysian nationality
  • Female 
  • Able to proficiently speak English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience
  • Possesses a minimum educational qualification of SPM / Diploma 
  • Preferably lives in Selangor Area

Company driver

  • History of clean driving record without any Moving violation convictions
  • Able to drive powerful cc cars
  • Able to clean vehicles to a satisfactory condition everyday
  • Able to use Waze and Google maps
  • Office deliveries
  • Able to work 6 days a week
  • Able and willing to work overtime
  • Able to begin work anytime
  • Possesses Class B2 and D driving licenses
  • Malaysian nationality
  • Driving record of at least 3 years
  • Able to proficiently speak English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Possesses a minimum educational qualification of SPM / Diploma
  • Preferably lives in Selangor, Kuala Lumour or Lembah Klang Area
