Position 01
Account Clerk
Full Time Shah Alam Min. SPM / Diploma

Responsibilities

  • Handle clerical duties — data entry, calls, emails, filing and mail processing
  • Issue purchase orders, delivery orders, invoices and arrange deliveries
  • Process petty cash claims
  • Conduct monthly stock takes and track stock deficiencies
  • Monitor office supplies and report low stock levels
  • Follow up on payments from customers
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the organisation
  • Carry out tasks assigned by the Accounts Manager and Managing Director

Requirements

  • Malaysian nationality — Female
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience
  • Minimum SPM / Diploma qualification
  • Preferably residing in Selangor area
Position 02
Company Driver
Full Time Shah Alam Class B2 & D Licence

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a clean driving record with no moving violation convictions
  • Drive and maintain company vehicles to a satisfactory condition daily
  • Conduct office and client deliveries as required
  • Navigate using Waze and Google Maps
  • Willing to work 6 days a week including overtime when needed
  • Flexible to begin work at various times as required

Requirements

  • Possesses valid Class B2 and D driving licences
  • Malaysian nationality
  • Minimum 3 years of clean driving experience
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Minimum SPM / Diploma qualification
  • Preferably residing in Selangor, KL or Lembah Klang area
